Certified Celonis Data Engineer & AnalystExperienced IT professional, having delivered many large and critical projects mainly for Telco and Banking industries; Master on Information Systems at EACH – University of São Paulo, Brazil (2019); Master of Business Administration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Brazil (2010); Bachelor’s in Computer Science at ICMC – University of São Paulo, Brazil (1997). He has also several technical and managerial courses and certifications, including ITIL, PMP, and ScrumMaster. He has led several digital transformation initiatives and has been involved with the development of virtual assistants and intelligent automation solutions, among others. Since 2017 he works in the Process Mining field, having used tools and techniques to analyze real case scenarios and developed several proof-of-concept projects in large organizations. He is currently employed at Accenture (Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence Directory) and his main research interests are in machine learning, automation and process mining.
