“Process mining: Data mining for discovering and improving business processes” was the title of the Prof. Dr. Marcelo Fantinato‘s lecture that occurred in the I Semana de Gestão por Processos da UFABC (UFABC’s Process Management Week) — an event that took place at the Federal University of ABC on November 13, 2019. The slides used in the lecture can be access here.
The event was organized by a group of government employees who meet once a month to hold discussions and exchange knowledge about process management, to learn about similar initiatives in the various sectors of the Federal University of ABC and to bring together people who like the topic. This group is gracefully called “Café com Processos” (Coffee with Processes).
