PROCESS MINING RESEARCH GROUP HAS TWO MORE CELONIS CERTIFIED PROFESSIONALS

On late July, Adriana Unger and Thais Neubauer, members of Process Mining research group @ USP, have achieved the Celonis Analyst and Celonis Data Engineer certifications, after being successfully approved in Celonis Certification Exams. Thais is MSc in Information Systems at EACH-USP and Adriana is MSc in Production Engineering at Poli-USP and currently PhD student in Information Systems at EACH-USP.

Celonis is a process mining software provider and one of the world market leaders in process mining solutions. Celonis process mining platform IBC – Intelligent Business Cloud – is a cloud-native solution that allows customers to discover, analyze, monitor and enhance their business processes.

As a preparation to the certification exams, Adriana and Thais have completed comprehensive training tracks at Celonis Academy that include expert knowledge about process discovery, analysis building, process connection and action engine for process mining. This detailed training program has enabled them to better understand all IBC capabilities as powerful resources for process mining research.

In addition, through the work of the Process Mining research group, USP recently became part of the list of institutions that participate in the Celonis Academic Alliance. In face of this, USP students have access to state-of-the-art process mining tools and e-learning training resources for academic purposes.
